Куда доставляем?

Компания «Роб Аллен РФ» осуществляет доставку по всей России.

По Москве и Московской области (в пределах 50 км от МКАД) действует курьерская доставка.
В другие города России доставка осуществляется через транспортные компании. Вы можете выбрать транспортную компания, которая наиболее удобна для Вас, и мы организуем доставку чрез нее.

Стоимость доставки

Стоимость доставки зависит от адреса доставки, тарифов выбранной Вами транспортной компании и стоимости заказа*.

 

Стоимость доставки по Москве и Московской области:
в пределах МКАД  — 400 руб.
в пределах 50 км от МКАД — 600 руб.

 

При заказе от 10 000 руб. доставка до Московского терминала транспортной компании — бесплатно.

 

Если на территории, куда заказана доставка, действует пропускная система, просим оформлять пропуск для курьера заранее.

 

*При доставке заказа на территорию с платным въездом или парковкой дополнительные расходы компенсируется напрямую курьеру.

 Сроки доставки

При заказе в рабочие дни отгрузка товара осуществляется на следующий день. При заказе в выходные дни — отгрузка в первый день рабочей недели. При оплате банковским переводом, мы подготовим заказ к отгрузке на следующий день после поступления денежных средств на расчетный счет.

 

Возврат и обмен

Вы можете вернуть купленный у нас товар в течении 30 дней при условии, что товар не эксплуатировался и сохранен его первоначальный вид. Возврату не подлежат товары, продающиеся на отрез (силовые тяги, лини). Если купленный товар имеет производственный брак, мы предпримем все возможные действия для соблюдения Ваших прав, установленных в Федеральный законом “О защите прав потребителей”.

 

 

Гарантия

В случае поломки, вызванной заводским браком, мы проведем гарантийный ремонт в кратчайшие сроки по договоренности с владельцем товара. Гарантия не распространяется на силовые тяги, лини, надувные буйки и гарпуны, по причине высокой вероятности естественных повреждений этих товаров с момента начала использования.

Размер скидки если сумма в вашей корзине по розничной цене равна или выше:

70 000 руб. — скидка 15% от розничной цены

120 000 руб. — скидка 20% от розничной цены

150 000 руб. — скидка 25% от розничной цены

Оплата со скидкой производится любым удобным для вас способом. В том числе со счета компании с предоставлением всех необходимых документов.
